Beatriz serves as Director of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility at the Chicago Botanic Garden, one of the nation’s leading garden museums. Beatriz is a conservation scholar and researcher in multicultural environmental leadership. Beatriz is a graduate of Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile, the University of Wisconsin-Madison (BA in Social Welfare/Sociology) and University of Michigan (MA, Environmental Education and Justice).

Inhe is the executive director of the HANA Center, a leading Korean American civic organization “working to meet the critical needs of our community and build power toward systemic change” in Chicago. She is a graduate of the University of Chicago.

Jerry is a nationally-recognized speaker on the Asian-American experience and the creator economy. He also hosts the podcast “Dear Asian Americans”.  Jerry is a graduate of Bronx High School of Science, the Marshall School of Business at USC and the Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.  Jerry is an active advisory board member at both USC and University of Michigan.
